Eric A. Panitz stands apart from other attorneys with his depth of experience winning tough employment law cases. His legal knowledge is strengthened by decades of experience as a Los Angeles employer and understanding of issues in the technology and aviation fields.


Eric specializes in civil litigation, representing individuals in employment discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation cases, whistleblower and class action wage-and-hour cases, as well as serious personal injury cases.

Gerardo J. Sosa

Associate Counsel

Gerardo Sosa practices a client-centered approach as a litigator. He understands the importance of guiding each of his clients through the legal process, and maintains consistent communication with clients at all stages of their cases. Gerardo is proud to advocate for the rights of the community.


Gerardo focuses on wrongful termination matters, and represents clients on claims related to disability discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, race discrimination, age discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination, gender discrimination, national origin discrimination, as well as any other basis permitted under the law. Gerardo also helps employees assert their back wages claims, meal and rest break claims, overtime claims, and wage and hour claims.


Gerardo has handled numerous wrongful termination matters from intake through to resolution, allowing clients from all backgrounds to hold their employers accountable for illegal acts. Gerardo has successfully litigated motions at both state and federal level, including successfully opposing a motion to compel arbitration and twice remanding the same matter from federal court to state court.
